16/01/12 please don`t go to puppy farms for your puppies
if you can`t afford a healthy ,well reared puppy try to get an older dog, that can be a little cheaper for you.if you phone club secretary they may now of one waiting to be rehomed.
a puppy should be reared in a home with mom not a concrete kennel.
10/07/11 "I`m not being funny or anythink"
well not allways about puppy buyers, had some truely ignorant horrible people through the door yesterday, thank god the puppy is still with me.

Please don`t take it for granted that breeders
have there dogs health tested because they are
kennel club registered,[ even the accredited breeder scheme .]
Kennel club is not responsible for that
You must ask the breeder if there dogs are dna tested or kc/bva
and if results are not normal on one what the results were on the other.
REMEMBER if affected is mated with affected,
pups are affected.[ It is heart breaking to have a sick puppy]
You can allways check with the kennel club on certain dogs
what health tests should be done, takes time but it is worth it.

After all the bad publicity that breeders are getting at the moment
I have to say i am suprized by the amount of phone calls i am getting
about puppies with bad tempers or poorly,
it is very upseting to here of babies with problems.
I have sat down and opened this page because of a lady that has just phoned me
and told me of a little puppy boy she has lost with fn at 8 months old,
It breaks my heart,
Please check health test`s when buying a puppy[ even of accredited breeders]
Please Make sure your puppies are home reared
[Easy to tell if they have been put in for viewing]
both are important but for some reason the rearing of puppies
from birth to 8 weeks seems to be ignored,[ situations are so important at that age]
Make sure puppy has had a vet check
Make sure your puppy is kennel club registered,
4 weeks insurance for your puppy[ is free to the breeder]
Kc insurance is allso in place with kc reg [we use petplan]
You must see your puppy in his or her home with mom,
Don`t pay deposits until you have seen your puppy,
Don`t bye a puppy from a photo on the internet
Don`t view your puppy until 4 weeks plus,[ we like viewing at 5 weeks]
There is no reason why you shouldn`t have a puppy sales contract,
Make sure your puppy has been wormed 2,4,6, and 8 weeks,
You need a puppy pack with food and little treats, a toy or blanket
We rear our puppies in our home, we love our puppies and are very carefull in placeing them in there new homes, we do not have to be told to support our puppies, and there new mummy`s and daddies as that goes without saying, if you care for your babies you will naturally make sure that they are settled and everythink goes well on there move,
I really do not understand breeders that have to be told how to care for there puppies, and support them,
it should come natural ,
I hope i do not have to put more on this page but i am sure if you do not take more care when buying a puppy, I will.
to be continued!
